Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Developer with 2-3 years of experience in building great products using ReactJS.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is a developer at heart and a stakeholder to the business process as well. Below are the specifics related to the Responsibilities, Skills and Competencies we are looking for from our prospective colleague.

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

1. Leverage the inbuilt React toolkit for creating frontend features
2. Integrate designs and wireframes within the application code
3. Write application interface code with JavaScript
4. Enhance application performance with constant monitoring
5. Translate wireframes and designs into good quality code
6. Optimize components to work seamlessly across different browsers and devices
7. Good understanding of CSS libraries, GIT, Figma, Adobe XD etc.
8. Proper user information authentication
9. Develop responsive web-based UI

Non-Technical Responsibilites

1. Constant interaction with other developer teams and design team to discuss UI ideas
2. A thorough review of applications needs and interfacing elements

Skills and Competencies

1. Hands-on experience in ReactJS with Typescript skill.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel
3. Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
4. Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, enzyme, jest, chai, data structure libraries
5. Understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM
6. Excellent troubleshooting skills
