Senior Product Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer who is passionate about building AI-first products and excited about distilling complex concepts into intuitive, user-centered designs. As a key early member of our design team, you will have significant influence in shaping our products and design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of new features and improvements for our AI-first digital products.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams to define and implement innovative solutions.

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance existing products and inform new ones.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile-based applications using Figma.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web-based projects.

• Ability to identify tradeoffs that balance design and pace in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Customer-first driven thinking, with a deep commitment to solving customer problems and surfacing deeper needs.
