We are looking for one - 

  1. Who has a strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails (8+/10)
  2. Who can refactor the code and improve code performance. 
  3. Who can speed up the loading of the website
  4. Who can add new features based on his existing knowledge and what our users are asking for
  5. Who can lead a team of 2-3 developers

About our technology stack and development team

We have 800 million records on mongo, Elasticsearch, and Redis and get hundreds of thousands of visitors every month. We have a strong development team from IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Delhi, NIT, etc. so we are looking for someone who can match the current team level in the development and improve our skills further.

It would be best if you were a fast learner and a fast executioner.
