Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design thinking involves understanding customer's business needs, empathizing with end-users, visualizing user personas, user journeys and detailing user motivations & frustrations. 
  • Visual designing starts with wireframing (paper & pen), detailing information and actions, users will see and interact with. 
  • Designer would also be involved in discussions around product roadmap, enhancements & change requests.
  • Responsible for creating the look and feel of the web application/mobile/website
  • Working on wireframes based on concepts and quick sketches as proofs
  • Detailed user flow diagrams for applications for UX improvements
  • Expert level skills in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other relevant design tools.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers.

Desirables

  • Background and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite are mandatory.
  • Staying abreast of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in the analogous business area.
  • Excellent creative thinking skills to imagine, create & innovate for best value creation.
  • Collaborating with the front-end developer and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
  • Knowledge of responsive UI design, HTML,CSS desired.
  • Collaboarting with UI, Development, product, Engineers , Business Dev team to meet customer satisfaction and awesome customer experience.
