Full Stack Engineer (MERN)

Having that in place automatically enforces a inclusive work culture and a flat hierarchy. We have had a great success with tier-2 and tier-3 college folks (the term is loosly copied from the vocabulary used outside, we feel they are all tier-1, not a way of separating students into tiers based on the college they attend) and even high school students. However if you are from IITs and IIITs we will consider as well. We are extremely grounded, fundamentaly strong, not glamourous but will deliver results.

As an SDE 2 developer, your role would involve creating a formalized structure for a fuzzy problem and implement solutions independently. You can troubleshoot a range of different classes of problems. You are very good in Javascript fundamentals. You are good at Node.js in the backend, React and React Native in the front end. You are good in design patterns and love to unit test your code.

You write quality code that is performant, you know all about security requirements and the product you did covers all aspects of the requirements. Did we say you test? You are proficient in Design patterns and can mentor a team.
We are looking for senior folks who have about 5+ years of experience and are on hands-on. You should be very good at Javascript, Mongo DB fundamentals, worked extensively on Node.js, built applications from scratch, can configure infrastructure components, deploy via CI/CD and more than anything else will write test cases. Did we say you love testing (again!).
