We're looking for a developer for building production software.

More importantly

  • Master at one specific Language and Jack of many others
  • A good listener but talks succintly and effectively.
  • Willing to learn (new programming languages, technologies, tricks) and experiment
  • Happy to make mistakes own them up and avoid excuses
  • Has more interests other than just programming
  • Asks tough questions to collegues clients and him/herself

Please Don't apply

  • If you can talk about only one language well
  • If you have never build and deployed any production software
  • If the only database you are familiar to is Mysql or Sql Server
