Primary KRAs
TECHNICAL
• Define Project/ Product Architecture
• Review Project/ Product Architecture
• DB Review
• R&D on new/ critical tasks from a project/ product to support the development team
• Review common observations from Unit Testing and suggest preventive/ corrective action at DEV team level
• Review Project/ product Configuration management at DEV team level
• Suggest best practices/ common observation towards configuration management
• Conduct Configuration Management Audits
• Audit project/ product Build notes
• Project/ Product Code review & share the observation with Project Team
• Review observations from Project/ Product Code Review and suggest best practices at DEV team level
• Look into project/ product scalability, performance, usability & security and maintenance perspective
• Conduct Training Sessions/Knowledge Sharing Sessions
• Should be available to Tech Team and Project Delivery team members for resolving the technical issues being faced.
MANAGERIAL
• Conduct Interviews/ new hirings.
• Contribute towards process development, implementation, monitoring and improvements
• Inter department co-ordination in term of technical consultancy
• Performance evaluation of the project/ product team
• Keep the team Motivated
• New & innovative ideas to contribute to organization skillset/ growth.

Secondary KRAs
TECHNICAL
• Estimation of new projects/ products
• Review project/ product SOW
• DB Planning & Creation
• Programming on complex modules/ typical or complex tasks from a project/ product
• Unit Testing to project/ product
• Project/ product Configuration management
• Plan, Create, Maintain & Share project/ product Build Notes
MANAGERIAL
• Ensure that Projects are delivered within the timelines with high quality code
• Monitor & Maintain Development Metrics
• Will assist QC team on writing test cases
• Will assist QC team on QC process areas
• Conduct Induction and on-boarding training process
• Facilitate KT process
• Should be available to Pre-Sale and Project Delivery team members for resolving the technical issues being faced.

Required Experience:
● 6 - 10 Years {Minimum 4 - 5 Years of Programming experience + 2-4 years of BA/Project Delivery}
● E-commerce, Online Market Places, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts, Social networking portals, On Demand Service Portals.

Qualifications:
● B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA or M. Sc (IT) Candidates with MBA Degree will be preferred.
● Foreign Language will be considered as a plus point.
● Excellent technical abilities, strong communication skills, and effective project management abilities.

Preferred Industry Web Solutions:
● E-commerce, Online Market Places, Mobile Applications, CMS, Open Source Scripts, Social networking portals, On Demand Service Portals.

Salary, Location, Working Days:
● Salary 60,000 - 1,000,000 INR (per month) depending upon the experience, knowledge and communication skills (No bar for deserving candidate)
● Mohali, Punjab
● 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Saturday Holiday other than Sundays and Declared Holidays.
