Devops focused Customer Support Executive for AWS SaaS solution

We are looking for a talented Customer focused Executive to undertake the responsibilities of our customers, making sure that they get the real value of our solution.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for production deployment in a Devops centric way
- Onboard the customer and handhold in initial days of usage
- Be the point of contact and be responsible for the growth of the customer
- Advise clients on the most effective ways to use our solution
- Own, triage, solve and communicate with customers for any customer issues
- Delight the customer to the point that they refer us to other prospects
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience across Technical, Technical Customer management
- Previous experience in Customer Success or Support Engineer role for a SaaS company is a plus.
- SaaS and B2B experience is an advantage.
- Ability to understand, articulate and help communicate and resolve requirements and queries
- Take ownership of the customer post sales, help onboard, track the customer to successful usage of the 7Targets solution
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
