Devops focused Customer Support Executive for AWS SaaS solution

We are looking for a talented Customer focused Executive to undertake the responsibilities of our customers, making sure that they get the real value of our solution.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for production deployment in a Devops centric way
  • Onboard the customer and handhold in initial days of usage
  • Be the point of contact and be responsible for the growth of the customer
  • Advise clients on the most effective ways to use our solution
  • Own, triage, solve and communicate with customers for any customer issues
  • Delight the customer to the point that they refer us to other prospects

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience across Technical, Technical Customer management
  • Previous experience in Customer Success or Support Engineer role for a SaaS company is a plus.
  • SaaS and B2B experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to understand, articulate and help communicate and resolve requirements and queries
  • Take ownership of the customer post sales, help onboard, track the customer to successful usage of the 7Targets solution
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
