Engineering Manager/TL (Front End)

Experience : 5+ Years

We are looking for Team Leads/Engineering Manager (Front End) who :

• Has the technical capacity and capability to partner with tech leads and architects in problem solving

• Be responsible for the group's technical strategy and roadmap - creating success metrics in close collaboration with other groups across the organisation in executing initiatives in agile way.

• Sole responsible for end- to-end product development and delivery.

• Should be good in project management skills and effectively communicate with all internal stakeholders as on when required.

• Give engineers the tools, confidence, and motivation to make decisions independently that lead to their recognition.

• Understanding of front-end architecture and data-driven development.

• Understanding of SaaS industry with hands on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, Azure)
