• Content you generate will have huge impact. Apartment living is the new way of living. Apartment Complexes which are like Mini-Cities are adopting initiatives which are later being adapted by smart cities towards better governance, and development. You will be at the centre of this change.
• Your content will be consumed by creme de la creme of India: We have several CXOs, eminent business persons, sports personalities, actors/actresses who are our users.
• This is unique role where you will be strategising as well as creating content, giving you opportunity to experiment and getting your hands into all genres of content & design
• You will be handling ADDA’s social media platforms and be on top of all the content and quarterly social calendar.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking charge of all content requirements: Blogs, website, press releases, social media, emails, campaigns, marketing collaterals, as primary responsibility
• Collaborate with designers to create designs in synergy with content, as secondary responsibility
• Strategize (as a part of Marketing Team) campaigns, develop content, collaborate with designers to get creatives ready for campaigns
• Strategize and implement creative ways to: increase traffic on website, convert traffic to leads, convert leads to sales, engagement of customers/users
• Build a following for brand on social media with outstanding writing work, lead public relations and liaise with influencers to build on creative PR
• Photo and small Video Editing/Creation as and when required for social media/YouTube channels
• Interview subject matter experts, product owners, sales and customers (case studies/success stories)

Know How/Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should be active with blogging and social media - in personal capacity

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors or Masters from any reputable institute
• Background in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations, Journalism, English or a related discipline is a plus
