What is Customer Success?

Job description:

  1. Project Delivery: Coordinate with operations team and handle the delivery of the project.
  2. Responsible for product adoption:
    • Explain the product to sales executives, understand their issues in using the product and resolve them.
    • Follow up with sales executives and make sure that the product is utilised to the fullest.
    • Identify the problem, develop strategies and implement them to make the product adoption easier.
    • Communicate the insights developed to product team and get the feature implemented.
  3. Ensure client satisfaction and get referrals by maintaining good relationship with the clients.
  4. Quantify the value of the product by collecting and analysing data on customer’s key sales metrics.

  1. The job will be very hands on and active. You shouldn't expect to be sitting in a cubicle all day.

  3. Prior experience in sales is a plus.
