Position : System Analyst

Responsibilities:

System Analysis and Design

1.Participate in the definition of functional business process or system requirements.

2.Preparing the functional and non functional requirements mapping the business requirements.

3.Validation of use cases to drive out requirements and to assist in application testing.

4.Collaborate on functional specifications and ensure accuracy of the functional spec with the business.

5.Understanding of design documents and the documentation process.

6.Analysis and documentation of process improvements using analytical tools on test results and the working code base.

Required Skills

1. Responsible for individually meeting and gathering business requirements from Business Clients/ customers/ stakeholders.

2. Conducting a gap analysis on the requirements gathered and closing the same.*

3. Understanding Business requirements- preparing the BRD/ SRS /FS- getting customer approval on same.

4. Interface/Bridge between customer and Delivery Team.

5. Product Support for Ops team

6. Analysis and Documentation of the business requirements and review of functional Specifications.

7. Obtaining clarifications related to both technical and functional issues.

8. Taking approvals on the gathered required and turning it over to the delivery teams.

9. Manage Progress meetings with stakeholders/clients/customers.

10. Preparing and validating test Case and test scenario on Business Process and Applications.

11. Conduct and manage UAT process.

12. First point contact for Bug Analysis

13. Coordination with other groups across business units.

14. Periodic status reporting and ensuring completion of assigned projects on schedule.

15. Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills

16. A background in UML or other modeling. Ability to generate"Wire Frame Models", sequence diagrams, functional specs.

17. Must be able to document complex processes clearly.

18. Knowledge on basic relational database management systems.

19. Requirements traceability.

20. Past Experience Working/Balancing Multiple Projects.
