As a senior software engineer, you will work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and experimentations are a given. You will master both established and cutting-edge technologies like Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, React Redux, React Native, AngularJS, React JS, TypeScript, ECMAScript, Node.js, Express JS HTML5, CSS3.

Responsibilities

• Creating optimized coding pattern per application
• Reviewing code for fellow team members to ensure higher code quality
• Mentoring junior developers in new technology, coding practices
• Responsible for application design, code development, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Write well-optimized code
• Contribute in all phases of the development life-cycle
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product and database to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by UI designers
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable modules
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Integration of data storage solutions
• Creating database schema that represent and support business processes
• Develop software as per product specifications in a fast-paced environment
• Working directly with the product owner, software engineers in the team and with end-users 
• Plan, provision, and manage cloud environments, code repositories, and build production environments
• Bring in high levels of work ethic and ownership on work responsibilities, dedication, and lead-from-the-front attitude to develop scalable products

Qualifications

• 3+ years building production-quality SaaS products
• Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals with good understanding of service-oriented architecture, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, scalability and system high availability
• Ability to manage and lead a team of developers.
• Fluent in JavaScript programming, developing web services involving REST APIs & JSON
• Experience in developing server side Node.js software applications
• Must have good experience designing and developing MongoDB
• Experience developing front-end clients for e-commerce or enterprise web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular or React frameworks 
• NodeJS, MongoDB proficiency is a must 
• Manage production software environments on cloud platforms 
• Good to have Docker implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Python, and Machine Learning is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ok to work with cross-location teams 
• Should be process oriented, self-motivated, team worker
• BTech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science
